What you will be doing:
- Lead Accor One Living branded residential development in the Americas
- Negotiate premium, luxury and lifestyle branded residence deals
- Support continued mixed-use training of development and D&TS teams
- Collaborate closely with investors and Accor brand organizations across each phase in the life cycle of projects
- Coordinate the delivery of Accor One Living services and solutions to development partners
- Coordinate pre-opening and residential sales and marketing support
- Represent the industry’s most compelling collection of premium, luxury and lifestyle residential brand offerings
Ideal candidate:
- Dynamic leader, with established business development track record
- Experience spanning hospitality & residential development
- Deep understanding of branded residence business model, and mixed-use expertise
- Innovative, creative and energized
- Strong relationship builder, committed to addressing needs of investors & homeowners
- Experience with related hospitality products complimenting mixed-use developments – private clubs, co-working, extended stay hotel
- Ability to lead complex projects, aligning multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
