  • Execute classic and contemporary cocktail recipes with precision, consistency, and elevated presentation.
  • Participate in cocktail preparation, including juices, syrups, infusions, garnishes, and house-made modifiers.
  • Execute and maintain the cocktail batching program, ensuring accurate measurements and proper dilution, correct labeling, dating, storage, and rotation, strict adherence to approved recipes and SOPs
  • Apply advanced mixology techniques where appropriate (clarification, fat-washing, infusion, fermentation, sous-vide).

  • Engage guests through knowledgeable storytelling around cocktails, spirits, wine, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Offer thoughtful recommendations aligned with guest preferences and the Parker’s Table experience.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and calm problem-solving.

Operational Excellence

  • Operate POS systems accurately and manage financial transactions with care and accountability.
  • Maintain a pristine, organized, and service-ready bar environment at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and communicate needs proactively to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol legislation, health regulations, and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with bar, floor, and kitchen teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end cocktail environment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and modern mixology techniques.
• Experience with batching programs, prep workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in highly polished execution.
• Alberta ProServe certification required.

Who You Are

You are a service artisan, patient, precise, and quietly confident. You value structure, consistency, and doing things the right way, every time. You thrive in calm, predictable environments where craft and care matter more than speed.

You are cooperative, supportive, and conscientious, preferring steady excellence over flash. You listen carefully, work methodically, and take pride in repeatable, high-quality results. Guests trust you because your presence is grounded, your knowledge is deep, and your service feels effortless.

At Parker’s Table, your calm precision helps create a space where guests feel at ease, understood, and well cared for.

Serve with intention. Work with care. Stay moved.
