Our Food & Beverage team delivers exceptional service across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, our event spaces and a busy calendar of conferences, weddings and special events. Our Events team plays an important role in creating seamless guest experiences, delivering memorable moments and bringing each occasion to life.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Bar Attendant to work with our banquets team and deliver exceptional beverage service across our conferences, weddings, functions and special events.

Working in a dynamic events environment, you’ll provide professional bar service, create memorable guest experiences and support the successful delivery of high-quality events within our 5-star hotel.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver friendly and efficient bar service across events, functions and special occasions.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits and beers.
• Set up and pack down event bars, ensuring all areas are presented to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
• Work closely with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Provide professional and engaging service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support beverage stock requirements and event preparation.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, team-focused and takes pride in creating a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

You will bring:

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
