Job Purpose 

To support the Marketing Communications Director or Manager in developing and executing creative marketing communication strategies through high-quality graphic design, visual content creation, and brand communication. The position is responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing marketing materials across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency, strengthening brand awareness, promoting hotel products and services, and supporting revenue generation while enhancing the overall guest experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or marketing communications. Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing content, online advertising formats, and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, layout composition, typography, color coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and consistently apply brand guidelines, corporate identity standards, and marketing communication objectives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken, particularly for marketing content and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must provide a professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital marketing materials, and creative campaign work.
• Creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in photography, video production, website content management, paid social media campaigns, and hotel marketing systems.
