• Assist in managing daily Club Millésime operations, ensuring excellent guest service and operational standards.

• Deliver personalized service and handle guest requests, feedback and service recovery professionally.

• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Support team supervision, coaching and development to maintain service standards.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, Club Lounge, or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for personalized service.
• Good understanding of F&B and lounge operations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and support the team.
