Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Outlet to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our outlet while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.   • Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals
  • Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols
  • Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire staff to achieve excellence
  • Proven sales acumen and track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills with a collaborative approach to conflict resolution
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising best practices, and visual merchandising standards
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
  • Cash handling expertise with strong attention to financial accuracy and reconciliation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic retail environments and responding to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of local languages (Hindi/Kannada) is a plus and would be beneficial for the Mysuru location
