• Prepare Payable vouchers and initiate the payment process in timely manner
• Review supplier outstanding statement
• Collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run
• Properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques

• Graduate of Accounting or any related course
• With 2-3 years of work experience on the same field
• Easily adapt to a fast phase working environment
• Can work under pressure
