ACADEMY Local Trainer (B2B) - Lithuanian Market 

Are you passionate about empowering others and shaping the future of the hospitality industry? Join our team as a Local External Trainer responsible for the Lithuanian market and embark on a dynamic and inspiring journey in hospitality education. 

 This role involves delivering engaging and informative training sessions in Lithuania using materials meticulously crafted by Accor ACADEMY. You will provide valuable insights and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. 

What will you do? 

- Facilitate interactive training sessions, both face-to-face and virtual. 

- Lead customized leadership development programs incorporating positive psychology, strengths-based coaching, and power skills such as emotional intelligence, stress management, and commercial mindset. 

- Collaborate with regional ACADEMY representatives to identify training needs and objectives. 

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments. 

Our ideal profile would be: 

- Master’s degree (human studies is an advantage) 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a training specialist (experience in the HORECA industry is an advantage) 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills 

- Ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions 

- Proficiency in using training software and technology platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) 

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

- Hospitality mindset 

- Fluent in Lithuanian and English 

- Business trainer certification is an advantage
