We as Swissôtel Uludağ Bursa are looking for Swiss Service Agents to join our amazing pre-opening team, where we make the impossible possible to make our guests and talents dreams a reality!

What you will be doing:

Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests

Assist guests with their needs via phone

Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem

Maintain close working co-operation with other departments

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Turkish and English (verbal and written)

Team-oriented

Focused on guest satisfaction

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
