Fairmont San Juan Hotel Repair & Maintenance 2 is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• High school, Vocational or Technical school graduate
• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge (windows platform)

EXPERIENCE

• Required experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• At least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
