• Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition offers and customer needs
• Ensures that all Event requirements are prepared or addressed prior to the function
• Maximizes the utilization of available banquet space as well as revenue optimization
• Prepares proposals/contracts, follow-up for assigned accounts and industries

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality  or any related field
• 3-5 years of working experience in the same industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience setting sales goals
