Job Description

Front Office

• Introduction to rooms division operations.

• Operator training and familiarization with guest communication systems.

•Bellman duties, concierge services, and guest relations exposure.

•Club Lounge operations and guest service standards.

•Reception duties including check-in/out, guest assistance, and complaint handling.

•Supervisor training including scheduling, team coordination, and service monitoring.

•Shadow Duty Managers during day and night shifts, progressing to independent responsibilities in both shifts.

Housekeeping

•Experience room attendant duties, including guest room servicing and cleaning.

•Exposure to public area upkeep and standards.

•Supervisor responsibilities in daily housekeeping operations.

•Coordinator role in scheduling, inventory, and supply management.

•Housekeeping administration tasks including quality control and reporting.

Final Project

•Complete and present a project in either Front Office or Housekeeping.

•Possible topics include guest service enhancement, upselling strategy, loyalty program activation, or staff training initiatives.

•Develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency or service quality.

•Present to senior management to demonstrate leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications

• Students currently enrolled in Hospitality Management or related fields

• Students with prior internship experience in hotel operations or the Rooms Division department

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (additional languages are a plus)

• Team players who are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment

• Enthusiastic about luxury hospitality and eager to learn
