Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring a warm and personalized
    experience.

  • Support guest arrival, in-villa check-in, and departure processes in a professional manner.

  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B Service, and other departments to deliver seamless
    service.

  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences to guests in a culturally appropriate manner


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar guest-facing role within an international luxury brand;
    Maldives experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple guest requests in a fast-paced
    environment.

  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

  • Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
