Are you a driven and ambitious hospitality professional ready for your next challenge?

ibis Nottingham Centre is looking for a rising star to join our team as Assistant General Manager.

Centrally located on the edge of Nottingham's vibrant Lace Market area, our modern 142 bedroom hotel has a 24-hour bar & lounge.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team with a welcoming smile
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to drive commercial performance 
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating guest needs and create special moments
  • Passion for sustainability and delivering responsible hospitality

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in a hotel at Supervisory/ Team Leader/ AGM level
  • Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service
  • Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making
  • Strong operational experience in rooms &/or F&B, & confident with IT
  • Flexible to work different work patterns including evenings and weekends
  • Hotel management diploma/ graduate desirable
