- Welcomes guests and takes care of them from arrival to departure.
- Assists guest with check-in, check-out, and any issues related to room service.
- Handles guest complaints and comments as soon as possible.
- Manages guest mail, messages, and answers phone calls.
- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance, develops friendly relationship with guest, and ensure hygiene at all time
- Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Customer-oriented.
- Professional with a positive mindset.
