GSA-Housekeeping (F/M/X)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping (F/M/X) to join our team in Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and procedures
• Properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
• Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issues
• Report any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Basic communication skills in English and local languages
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Relevant hospitality certifications (optional)
• Ability to work in Hyderabad, India
