Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion.


Job Description

  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end fine dining establishments.
  • Strong expertise in French, Italian, and contemporary pastry techniques.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • High standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts, chocolate work, sugar artistry, breads, viennoiserie).
  • Menu design, seasonal concept development, and food cost management.
  • Team leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to plan, forecast, and manage inventory and production efficiently.
  • Awareness of global pastry trends and luxury culinary experiences.
