• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Lead, hire, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and control departmental budgets and expenses.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Dynamic, energetic, creative and thrives under pressure
