Job Description

** Channel Management, Competition monitoring, Optimization of key KPIs as MPI, ARI and RGI
** Development of hotel’s pricing policy in cooperation with the sales department

** Checking the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.)
** Defining the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods

** Analyzing & optimizing the hotel results and performance (ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR..) as a basis for future strategy decisions


Qualifications

** Work experience in the mentioned position not less than 2 years;
** Preparation of business plans/budgets and forecasts
** Opera (Cloud), TARS, RESAWEB and distribution channels

** Knowledge of Revenue Management systems like IDeaS, EzRMS or similar

** Fluency in English
