Job Description

The Cluster Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure (BKK-Based) supports both proactive and reactive sales activities for the leisure segment across all Avista Hotel Group properties. The role works closely with travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, and key partners to manage inquiries, develop and follow up on proposals, coordinate bookings, and promote hotel products and leisure packages, while contributing to overall cluster revenue growth and business development.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Sales Manager in hotel or hospitality, preferably in the leisure segment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Positive attitude, smart worker and excellent team player.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cluster sales activities.
