Job Description

We are looking for an Opening Project Manager (M/F/D) to join our Hospitality Technology team in Warsaw. This position plays a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of Accor’s technology ecosystem in newly opening hotels across the region.

The Opening Project Manager will coordinate all stages of hotel integration and act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders during the opening process. This includes overseeing technology adoption, managing the pre-opening budget, supporting distribution-related projects, and ensuring consistency with Accor IT strategy and standards.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate all phases of hotel technology integration during the pre-opening process.

  • Act as the main point of contact for hotel openings, aligning internal teams and external partners.

  • Manage and approve pre-opening technology budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.

  • Drive the adoption of Accor applications and systems in newly opening hotels.

  • Lead internal and third-party meetings to monitor service performance, quality, and improvement opportunities.

  • Review and optimize opening-related processes, tools, and technological solutions regularly.

  • Support distribution and technology projects aligned with our strategic priorities.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track market readiness and identify growth opportunities

  • Represent Accor in negotiations with partners to ensure consistency of technology across the network.

  • Act as an escalation point for technology-related issues during hotel openings.

  • Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews for the zone’s technology opening team.

 


Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Hotel Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or service delivery.

  • Hospitality industry background is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and hotel tech: network, hardware, cloud, Microsoft suite, Windows, PMS/POS
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.

  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

  • Financial acumen and analytical skills for budget management and performance tracking.
