• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests.
• Greet guests warmly and provide professional in-room food and beverage service.
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to departmental standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests while promoting additional F&B services and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of trolleys, workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.
• Handle the collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays, and trolleys efficiently.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, and irregularities to management and follow up as required.
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods.
• Take full responsibility for Destination Dining setups and creating memorable “WOW Experiences” for guests.

• College diploma/ Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience
• Past experience of working in the Maldives
