Job Description

  • Supports the Director of Finance in leading the hotel’s financial strategy and operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, timely closing, insightful analysis, and sound decision-making in support of business performance.
  • Strengthens financial governance, controls, and asset protection, ensures budgets, expenditures, capital investments, cash management, and financial practices adhere to corporate standards and established policies.
  • Oversees statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance, maintains financial integrity and fostering strong relationships with auditors, banking partners, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Leads and develops the Finance team, drives operational efficiency, professional growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, and statutory compliance, with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in hotel accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
