Job Description

Role:

  • Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff. 
  • Coordinates the delivery of spa services, fitness and wellness, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas.
  • Directs and works with the management team and employees to successfully execute all spa operations. 
  • Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • Provide spa tours, when needed.
  • Handle special assignments.
  • Coordinate sales activities when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records as required.
  • Assist in the administration and implementation of Staff training in all aspects of the Spa’s operations
  • Act as a liaison between spa and internal and external contacts.
  • Effective scheduling of the Spa & Recreation team.
  • Monitor and effectively control reception and recreation.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies for the administration of the spa facility.
  • Conduct selection interviews for new hires as and when required.
  • Maintain the reception in peak condition at all times.
  • Seek the spa's ability to maximize revenues by analyzing the day to day bookings, future bookings and coordinating schedules and services with the receptionists
