Job Description

Your responsibilities :

Lead the Green Keys certification process:

  • Develop sustainability policies
  • Create action plans for various departments (Banquet, Food & Beverage, Management, Housekeeping, and Maintenance)
  • Ensure ongoing compliance

Monitor Accor's sustainability goals:

  • Manage GAIA software (consumption data, waste measurements, sustainability actions)

Collaborate with other departments:

  • Ensure alignment and effectiveness of interdepartmental sustainability projects. For example, for the Cuisine department, you will be in charge of monitoring and analyzing data on food waste generated by Orbisk garbage disposals. You will then develop strategies to achieve Accor's food waste reduction targets.

Drive sustainability initiatives:

  • Lead and actively participate in projects focused on sustainability and other strategic hotel goals. Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce the hotel's environmental impact. In this way, you will actively participate in actions led by the Sustainability Committee, such as Earth Day, Bee Day, etc.

Optimize existing processes:

  • Review and improve current procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the hotel's CSR strategy.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

  • Master in Sustainable & Responsible Management
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic vision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (fluency preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
