Job Description

About the role:

  • Responsible for all group bookings, from initial inquiry to finalization, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agents, to drive repeat business.
  • Track and report on group’s sales performance, including booking trends, updates, any historical patterns and circumstances which may negatively impact availability/ revenue during groups review meetings with Front Office, Revenue and Sales teams.
  • Proactively monitor upcoming events, conferences to identify potential group sales opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the reservations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow processes.
  • Hourly salary £14.25

Qualifications

Your experience and skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Knowledge on FOLS system preferable.
