Summary/Objective

Reporting to the Spa Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Perform all services in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic manner
• Perform facials on guests using safe and professional techniques
• Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all facial services
• Sell and restock professional all retail products
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and of all equipment used
• Book and schedule appointments as required
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Previous experience in a Spa preferred
• Certification from an accredited school of Aesthetics required
• All professional licenses are to be current
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
