Towering over Jakarta’s prime SCBD district 8 Complex, 25hours Hotel The Oddbird is set to open soon as the first 25hours Hotel in Asia that offers a hybrid mix of both hotel accommodation and serviced apartments. Comprises with 210 hotel rooms and suites, also 135 fully furnished serviced apartments, each enjoying a generous amount of space and spectacular views of Jakarta’s skyline. The property also offers F&B outlets, meeting rooms, a ballroom, and a recreational facility that includes a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, and whirlpools.

Job Description

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special ...

  • You’ll be a true partner to the business for anything that relates to looking after the team.
  • You’ll promote a fair, safe and inclusive environment, and support with initiatives that inspire, motivate, engage and empower the team.
  • You’ll develop and formulate policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel.
  • You’ll provide consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
  • You’ll take a leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel’s strategic goals.
  • You’ll lead performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements.
  • You’ll evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and makes recommendations.
  • You’ll anticipate and address employee relations matters timely to promote employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ...

  • You’ve a minimum of 5 years Human Resources Management experience.
  • You’ve Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • You’ve a strong understanding of labor and employment law.
  • You’ve strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • You’ve excellent communication and customer contact skills.
  • You’re results and service oriented with an eye for details.
  • You’re able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment.
