Following a multi-million renovation yet maintaining the identity of this treasured historical landmark hotel and its brutalist architecture style, the luxury 5-star Fairmont Golden Prague Hotel will reopen in December 2024.
Located at the gate of Parizska Boulevard, in the UNESCO Old Town and next to the historical Jewish Quarter, 297 rooms and suites that offer prime views of the Vitava river and the ancient city, 6 restaurants and bars, meeting facilities for up to 500 guests, a 1400m2 spa inclusive of a selection of saunas and steam rooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, a group exercise studio and a gym await our guests, all within walking distance of designer boutiques and restaurants, as well as the most notable architectural and cultural sights.

As the new Bar Manager you will:
- Be part of our pre-opening team in this amazing project from the very beginning, with opportunity to use your experience and skills and also gain new one.
- Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
- Curate and continually evolve an innovative cocktail menu that reflects the seasonal inspiration.
- Oversee precise inventory management, optimising efficiency in ordering and stock control.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of our bar team, fostering their growth in both mixology expertise and the art of impeccable customer service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel bar environment.
- Experience as a teamleader.
- Strong wine, beer and cocktail knowledge.
- Knowledge of the market and current trends.
- Passion for this job, proactivity, thinking out of the box.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Very good English.
- Work permit within EU countries.
