Job Description

We are seeking a highly energised and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to be part of our dynamic leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the charge on driving operational excellence in our Front Office department and outsourced services, including Housekeeping and security. You'll be passionate about delivering on exceptional guest experience and continuously find ways to enhance and improve guest loyalty. 

Main Functions: 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office and outsourced services of Housekeeping and security. 
  • Work collaboratively with sales and revenue departments to optimise RevPar. 
  • Champion HYDE brand standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our rooms and all public areas through implementing systems, procedures and leading by example. 
  • Thoroughly analysis performance metrics and guest feedback and provide reporting as required.
  • Continuously innovate in service delivery and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsible for managing the department's budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to all become HYDE Rockstars.

Qualifications

  • You’re an experienced Rooms Division leader with at least 3 years in luxury lifestyle, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • You are confident on operating on rooms management systems (Hub OS).
  • You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • You are methodical and have a process-driven approach to tasks but are also flexible and calm especially in times of tight deadlines.
  • You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
  • We leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
  • You love working across teams and understand the importance of aligning with the revenue department.
  • You’re goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven—but always bring people along for the journey.
  • You're humble, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make magic happen.
