Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F & B Controller to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As the F & B Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.

  • Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department
  • Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports for management
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, including inventory management
  • Implement and maintain effective cost control measures
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Oversee month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Train and mentor staff on financial procedures and cost control measures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience 
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
  • Understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
