1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although additional education in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous. 
2. Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or butler roles is essential, with a focus on providing personalized and high-touch service. 
3. Cultural Awareness: Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact effectively with an international clientele. 
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with guests and convey information accurately and professionally. 
5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all guest preferences and requirements are met seamlessly. 
6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and find solutions with poise and tact. 
7. Anticipatory Service: Proactive and intuitive approach in anticipating guest needs and providing bespoke experiences to enhance their stay.
