Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Manager to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

  • Manage and supervise all night shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security
  • Process night audit, ensuring accurate financial reporting and resolution of discrepancies
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain hotel security and safety protocols
  • Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy rates
  • Train and mentor night shift staff to uphold service standards
  • Prepare detailed shift reports for day management
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Technical ability to process night audits and handle financial reporting
  • Knowledge of hotel security and safety protocols
  • Multilingual skills, particularly Arabic and English, are highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
