Your Role:
As the Reception Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic reception team to deliver exceptional guest service.

  • Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.

  • Oversee daily operations, including reservations, billing, and front desk administration.

  • Monitor and optimise the use of PMS - Opera Cloud to manage reservations and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to Adagio and Accor brand standards.

  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes.

  • Assist with planning and executing guest engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strong and motivated candidate who embodies our values of service, leadership, and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, preferably in front desk operations.

  • Proficiency in PMS - Opera Cloud is mandatory.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-focused approach.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
