Job Description

  • Leads the department in personalizing the guest arrival and departure experience, including involvement in arrival and rooming processes, handling guest concerns, and ensuring consistency in exceeding guest service expectations.
  • Guides and motivates the department, communicates, conducts performance appraisals, and participates in meetings to drive service and system improvement.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains policies on maximizing revenue, supports the department, and prepares and maintains reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of front office leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
