We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Engineering Attendant to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Assist engineers and technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks, especially related to mechanical and electrical systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment such as HVAC systems, lighting, pumps, motors, and electrical panels

• Set up and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for maintenance and repair work

• Conduct regular inspections and report any malfunctions or safety hazards

• Support in the installation and replacement of mechanical or electrical components

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the engineering work areas and equipment

• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and request replenishment as needed

• Ensure compliance with hotel safety procedures and government regulations

• Participate in safety training sessions and technical workshops

• Assist in documentation, record keeping, and data entry tasks related to maintenance operations

• Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, tools, and safety standards

• Ability to read technical drawings or wiring diagrams is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, a team player, and willing to learn

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Possession of relevant certifications in electrical safety or K3 (occupational safety) is an advantage
