SanRaj Family Ventures Private Limited is a Mumbai based Private company founded in 2009 by brothers Sandip Gupta and Rajdip Gupta. Over the past 16 years the company has evolved into diversified conglomerate with active interests across multiple industries, including hospitality, Information Technology, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Sports, Media & entertainment and renewable energy. SanRaj Family Ventures Private Limited owns Novotel Goa Candolim , Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa and Holiday Inn Mumbai International.

As a key member of our team, you will:

1. Ensure Secretarial Compliances and necessary reporting/filings.
2. Maintain Statutory records and MIS.
3. Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
5. Manage Contract Database.

Requirements
1. Qualified CS with Membership number.
2. Law Graduate with Certificate of Practice (preferred – not mandatory).
3. Candidates pursuing their studies can also apply.
4. Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations.
5. Contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
7. Proficient in MS Office.

 

1. Qualified CS with Membership number.
2. Law Graduate with Certificate of Practice (preferred – not mandatory).
