Job Description

You will be working for a FUN FRONT OFFICE TEAM!

You will be exposed to all ACCOR Hotels Worldwide!

What you will be doing:

  • The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge and Night Audit.  
  • Lead, coach and set clear goals and expectations for Ambassadors.  
  • Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Sofitel Luxury Standards.
  • Seamlessly integrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments (i.e. Food and Beverage, Catering and Sales, etc.)

This salary range for this position is $72-75k.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum two-year experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.  
  • Four-year degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.  
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus, French preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
  • Assist with additional projects or requests as needed.
