Our team is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Room Attendant to create exceptional guest experiences here at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. If you take pride in creating a welcoming and polished environment, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy exceeding guest expectations, we would love to welcome you to our team!

Pay Rate: $18.82/hour

Job Duties Include:

• Making beds, changing sheets and towels
• Cleaning washroom facilities including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, floors, bathroom fixtures and others as assigned
• Vacuuming floors, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Dusting of furniture and fixtures
• Removal and sorting of linen, garbage and recycling
• Placing furniture to its original position and being attentive to the guests’ belongings by pairing shoes, folding clothes and ensuring that all other personal belongings are cared for.

• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Prior cleaning experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Housekeeping is a very physically demanding position. Duties include repetitive bending, pulling, carrying, high lifting and heavy pushing (up to 50lbs.)
