The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. A hotel school background and previous experience in a similar role will be considered strong assets.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ensures consistency in the quality of food, beverage, and service
