Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.

Oversee content creation and brand messaging across all communication platforms, including website, social media (Instagram, FB, LinkedIn) and email marketing.

Work closely with the hotel management team to develop promotional campaigns that drive direct bookings and F&B revenue.

Monitor online reputation and guest feedback, responding appropriately to maintain brand credibility.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Deputy Manager.


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field in a school recognised by the CCNT supervisory commission. 

Digital marketing experience in social media marketing.

Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).

Collaboration with influencers and media partners

Brand identity management and development of promotional strategies
