The IT Manager is responsible for directing and managing the hotel's IT operations strategy to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support business objectives and enhance guest experiences. This leadership role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams while driving digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the hotel's IT operations strategy, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support business objectives and enhance guest experiences.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support functions while establishing and maintaining compliance with company standards and data protection requirements.

• Build and develop high-performing IT teams through coaching, mentorship, and strategic talent management.

• Lead organizational change initiatives and align technology projects with business objectives.

• Partner strategically with departments across the organization to drive digital transformation, system reliability, and operational excellence.

• Manage vendor relations and optimize IT budget allocation to maximize return on investment.

• Proven IT Manager or senior IT leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment with demonstrated success managing IT operations and high-performing teams.
• Advanced technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, network and systems administration, cybersecurity, and data protection in hospitality operations.
• Strong strategic leadership capabilities with expertise in IT budget management, vendor relations, and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
