Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies while managing our organization's social media presence across multiple platforms. You will combine creative thinking with analytical expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create compelling and original content including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets tailored to each platform and audience segment
  • Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, SEO/SEM initiatives, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions
  • Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
  • Manage social media community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct A/B testing on content and campaigns to continuously improve performance and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance, campaign results, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our organization ahead of the curve

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related marketing role
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with digital analytics tools and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaborative skill set and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Time management capabilities and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design software or basic design capabilities
  • Video editing and content production experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience with marketing automation and personalization strategies
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating marketing expertise

Domain Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and platform mechanics
  • Experience in brand management and brand positioning strategies
