A professional passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional service, with strong communication skills is required. The ideal candidate will have full knowledge and experience in the hotel’s woodwork systems, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team. Responsibilities include implementing planned maintenance and trouble reporting systems, as well as regularly patrolling and inspecting all areas of the hotel.

• Implement the trouble reporting system effectively
• Implement the planned preventive maintenance system
• Execute the work order / request system properly
• Maintain all wood work in the hotel except when the service of an outside contractor is required
