The Barista (Daily Worker) delivers exceptional coffee and beverage experiences to guests in a high-volume all-day dining environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and service. In this role, you prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, applying strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, grinder calibration, and basic latte art, while maintaining efficiency during peak service periods. You are also familiar with alcoholic beverages and support inventory handling in accordance with operational requirements. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you create a warm and engaging atmosphere, offering personalized recommendations that enhance the overall guest experience.

• Education : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume all-day dining or similar environment
• Knowledge & Skills : Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing methods, grinder calibration, and basic latte art; familiarity with alcoholic beverages and experience in handling alcohol inventory is an advantage
• Competencies : Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and presentation; good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests; well-groomed with a positive attitude and strong team player mindset
• Other Requirements : Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency during peak service periods; flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
