F&B Supervisor

We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a bustling three-star hotel with 644 rooms, four unique F&B outlets, and a top team of 75 colleagues who warmly welcome our guests every day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor with an eye for service, quality, and team spirit.

Your role as F&B Supervisor:

As F&B Supervisor, you are the heart of our F&B department. You ensure everything runs smoothly, from leading your team to streamlining operations in our outlets. You know how to motivate staff, delight guests, and seize commercial opportunities.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and support the activities in our 4 different F&B outlets;
• Keep an overview during busy shifts and ensure smooth handovers;
• Create efficient staff schedules and lead the team on the floor;
• Coach and develop your colleagues, raising the level of service;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and encourage upselling;
• Actively work alongside your team during peak times – teamwork makes the dream work!

You are:

• Available the minumum of 2 days; 
• Hospitable, service-oriented, and a strong communicator;
• A true team player who easily switches between operational and coaching tasks;
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends;
• Positive, energetic, and ready for the next step in your hospitality career!

• A starting salary of €2,863,55 gross per month (scale 6) based on a fulltime contract + 8% holiday allowance;
