F&B Supervisor

We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a three-star hotel with 644 rooms, 4 F&B outlets and most importantly, a team of 75 fantastic colleagues who are there for our guests every day! We are currently looking for an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor with a true passion for hospitality.

This is what you will do!

As our new F&B Supervisor, you will be managing the operational flow of our department. Working closely with colleagues and your manager, you will strive for optimal efficiency and continuously challenge yourself and your team. You will leverage every commercial opportunity, making proactive proposals to enhance results and boost revenue. Your goal will be to maintain and elevate the quality and service standards within our hotel. Additionally, you will:

• Coordinate and oversee activities for 4 different outlets.
• Manage staff during shift exchanges.
• Plan schedules efficiently.
• Coach, guide, and develop the team.
• Optimize the department and drive up selling initiatives.
• Work together with the team in one of the outlets during busy periods.
