Requisitos
Tu experiencia y habilidades incluyen:
- Experiencia previa como ayudante de cocina, marmitón o en puestos similares (necesario)
- Disposición para apoyar en la preparación básica de alimentos (mise en place, limpieza y corte de productos)
- Apoyo en tareas de lavado de utensilios, vajilla y mantenimiento del orden en cocina
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión
- Actitud proactiva, responsabilidad y compromiso
- Buena organización y atención al detalle
- Conocimiento y respeto por las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria
- Flexibilidad horaria, especialmente en un hotel en apertura
- Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse dentro del equipo de cocina
