About the role:

• Reporting to the Lifestyle Manager (Recreation Department), acts as an Ambassador for the wellness representing the brand values . This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. 
• Plan and deliver yoga classes that meet the needs of the guests of varying experience levels. 
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of wellness, fitness and the facility.
• Performs personal training or group trainings in a safe, and professional manner.
• Reports for personal training / group sessions on time.
• Assist with promotional activities and initiatives.

​​​​​​​Your experience and skills include:

• Possesses a personal trainer certification through an internationally/nationally recognised agency/organisation.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English. 
• Excellent maturity, communication skills , ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Willing and able to work a variety of shifts, days, times as needed.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
