• Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties
• Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities in both Spanish and English
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Familiarity with wine and cocktail basics
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of local cuisine and dining customs in Sotogrande and the surrounding region
• Ability to maintain composure and provide excellent service in a high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously
