We're looking for a versatile Waiter/Waitress Polyvalent to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
• Souvenir shop clerk
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and resort amenities
• Assist in other areas of food and beverage service as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification (if required by local regulations)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plus
• Multilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly valued
